Over 3,000 years ago our ancestors, powerful women from ancient Africa were erased.  The world has been out of balance since their supression.  Poverty, violence, police brutality, systemic racism, misogyny are all related to events so long ago.   I am asking your help to right the wrongs of the past.  It is time for the world to know the truth about these women and preserve their legacies. 

 

My vision is to use media to create a world where all voices are heard and no one is suppressed or oppressed.  This sounds uptopic, but there have been times when the world enjoyed peace and proserity.  And we are coming full circle.  Women of African descent now lead the World Trade Organization, The United States of America, and several African countries.

 

My experience as a psychotherapist in schools, community settings and co-founding, ARISE youth art non-profit organization has given me keen insight and healing abilities that I weave into my stories.  The world needs to heal.

 

Since my time with ARISE I have written a bestselling novel and directed and produced several short films.  Ashira's World:  The Queen of Heaven Returns is the film adaptation of my novel.  We started pre-production in 2021 through my media group, Heart2Heart LLC.  We are in the process of attaching name talent and executive producers to reach a wide global audience.  We have raised funds through donations and loans and are applying for film grants and pitching to investors.  Your help is needed to reach our goals to complete production by 2023.
